- 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 box of brownie mix (prepared according to package directions)
- 1 (10 oz) package of miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the graham crackers in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
- Add the melted butter and sugar to the crumbs, and pulse again until the mixture is well combined and feels slightly wet.
- Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the Brownie Layer:
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions.
- Pour the prepared brownie batter over the graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake:
- Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Add Marshmallows and Chocolate Chips:
- Remove the brownies from the oven and immediately top with miniature marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Broil:
- Turn your oven to broil.
- Place the brownie dish under the broiler for about 3 minutes, or until the marshmallows start to brown. Keep a close eye to avoid burning.
- Cool and Serve:
- Allow the brownies to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
