  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 box of brownie mix (prepared according to package directions)
  • 1 (10 oz) package of miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Place the graham crackers in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
    • Add the melted butter and sugar to the crumbs, and pulse again until the mixture is well combined and feels slightly wet.
    • Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Prepare the Brownie Layer:
    • Prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions.
    • Pour the prepared brownie batter over the graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake:
    • Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes, or until the center is set.
  • Add Marshmallows and Chocolate Chips:
    • Remove the brownies from the oven and immediately top with miniature marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  • Broil:
    • Turn your oven to broil.
    • Place the brownie dish under the broiler for about 3 minutes, or until the marshmallows start to brown. Keep a close eye to avoid burning.
  • Cool and Serve:
    • Allow the brownies to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
