Description

Brownies:

  • 1 (18.3-ounce) package fudge brownie mix (such as Betty Crocker®)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons water

S’mores Topping:

  • 6 graham crackers
  • 1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
  • 8 (1.5-ounce) bars milk chocolate, coarsely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Prepare Brownies: In a medium bowl, stir together the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water until well blended. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake Brownies: Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare Topping: While the brownies are baking, break the graham crackers into 1-inch pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the miniature marshmallows and coarsely chopped milk chocolate to the bowl. Toss to combine.
  • Add Topping: After 15 minutes, remove the brownies from the oven and sprinkle the s’mores topping evenly over the partially baked brownies. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 7 to 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out clean.
  • Cool and Serve: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before slicing. Enjoy!
