Description

These S’Mores Campfire Cones are a fun and delicious twist on the classic campfire treat! Packed with gooey marshmallows, chocolate, and other tasty fillings inside a waffle cone, these cones are perfect for a cozy night around the fire. Easy to make and even more fun to eat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 waffle cones
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter cups, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • 1/4 cup sprinkles or mini M&Ms (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cones:

    • Lay out the 4 waffle cones on a flat surface.
  2. Fill the Cones:

    • Stuff each cone with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups if using. Add a few sprinkles of crushed graham crackers and extra mini marshmallows on top for a more decadent filling.
    • If desired, drizzle a little caramel sauce over the top for added sweetness.
  3. Wrap the Cones:

    • Wrap each filled cone in aluminum foil to make sure everything stays in place while cooking.
  4. Cook Over the Campfire:

    • Place the wrapped cones on a grill or directly on the campfire’s coals. Let them heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the marshmallows and chocolate are melted and gooey.
  5. Serve:

    • Remove the cones from the heat (be careful, they’ll be hot!) and let them cool slightly. Unwrap the foil and enjoy the ooey-gooey, sweet and crunchy treat!

Notes

  • These cones can be customized with your favorite S’mores fillings! Add any combination of chocolate, peanut butter, fruit, or candy that you like.
  • For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg to the graham crackers before adding them to the cones.

  • If you don’t have access to a campfire, you can also heat these in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-8 minutes.
