Description

These S’mores Crunchwraps are a fun and crispy twist on the classic s’mores. Filled with gooey marshmallows, melty chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers, all wrapped in a golden tortilla, these treats are perfect for any occasion and easy to make in just a few minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 4 chocolate bars (Hershey’s or similar)
  • 2 tablespoons butter for frying
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon cinnamon for coating

Instructions

  • Prepare the tortilla: Lay a large flour tortilla flat on your countertop or a clean board.
  • Assemble the filling: In the center of the tortilla, place a generous handful of mini marshmallows, followed by a layer of crushed graham crackers, and top with pieces of chocolate bars.
  • Fold the tortilla: Carefully bring the edges of the tortilla up and over the filling, creating folds as you go to form a secure pocket. Ensure that all the filling is tucked inside.
  • Heat the skillet: Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Cook the crunchwrap: Carefully place the crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet, allowing it to cook for about 3-4 minutes until it turns a golden brown color.
  • Flip and cook the other side: Add the remaining butter to the pan and flip the crunchwrap over, cooking until the other side is equally golden and crispy.
  • Add the cinnamon-sugar coating (optional): For an extra touch of sweetness, immediately roll the cooked crunchwrap in the sugar and cinnamon mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  • Serve and enjoy: Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy the crunchy, gooey, and chocolatey goodness!

Notes

  • Make sure to fold the tortilla tightly to prevent the filling from spilling out while frying.
  • You can use any chocolate you prefer, such as milk chocolate or dark chocolate.
  • The cinnamon-sugar coating is optional but adds a nice sweet finish to the crunchwraps.
  • These are best served fresh, while the marshmallows are still gooey and the tortilla crispy.
