Description

S’mores Crunchwraps are a delicious twist on the classic campfire treat, combining mini marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers wrapped in a crispy tortilla. Perfect for parties, movie nights, or a quick dessert, these crunchwraps bring the flavors of summer to your kitchen all year round!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 4 chocolate bars (Hershey’s or similar)
  • 2 tablespoons butter for frying
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon cinnamon for coating

Instructions

  • Start by laying a large tortilla flat on your countertop or a clean board.
  • In the center of the tortilla, place a generous handful of mini marshmallows, followed by a layer of crushed graham crackers, and top it with pieces of chocolate bars.
  • Bring the edges of the tortilla up and over the filling, creating folds as you go to form a secure pocket. Ensure that all the filling is tucked inside.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Carefully place the crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet, allowing it to cook for about 3-4 minutes until it turns a golden brown color.
  • Add the remaining butter to the pan and flip the crunchwrap over, cooking until the other side is equally golden and crispy.
  • For an extra touch of sweetness, immediately roll the cooked crunchwrap in the sugar and cinnamon mixture, ensuring an even coating.

Notes

  • For an extra crispy texture, allow the crunchwraps to cool slightly before serving.
  • You can customize the fillings by adding fruits like bananas or strawberries for a fruity twist.
