- 8 honey graham crackers, crushed and divided
- 1 pound semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 (10.5 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Prepare Dish: Line an 11×7-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Sprinkle 1/2 of the crushed graham crackers evenly on the bottom of the dish. Set aside.
- Melt Ingredients: In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, melt the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir frequently and scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula to prevent scorching.
- Layer Fudge: Pour 1/2 of the melted chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of the miniature marshmallows over the chocolate mixture. Repeat the layers with the remaining crushed graham crackers, chocolate mixture, and marshmallows.
- Chill: Refrigerate the fudge until solid, about 3 hours to overnight.
- Serve: Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- For an extra touch, drizzle melted chocolate on top before serving.
- You can substitute other types of chocolate chips if desired, such as dark or white chocolate.
