Description

Indulge in the rich and creamy layers of S’mores Fudge, a delightful treat that combines the flavors of chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers. This no-bake dessert is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth and is sure to please both kids and adults alike!


Ingredients

  • 8 honey graham crackers, crushed and divided
  • 1 pound semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) package miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  • Prepare Dish: Line an 11×7-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Sprinkle 1/2 of the crushed graham crackers evenly on the bottom of the dish. Set aside.
  • Melt Ingredients: In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, melt the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir frequently and scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula to prevent scorching.
  • Layer Fudge: Pour 1/2 of the melted chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of the miniature marshmallows over the chocolate mixture. Repeat the layers with the remaining crushed graham crackers, chocolate mixture, and marshmallows.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the fudge until solid, about 3 hours to overnight.
  • Serve: Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra touch, drizzle melted chocolate on top before serving.
  • You can substitute other types of chocolate chips if desired, such as dark or white chocolate.
