- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined, creating the mousse.
- Layer graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of serving glasses or jars.
- Add a layer of chocolate mousse on top of the crumbs.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the mousse layer.
- Repeat layers if desired, finishing with marshmallows on top.
- Toast marshmallows lightly with a kitchen torch or under a broiler for a minute until golden (optional).
- Chill parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup just before serving, if desired.
