Description

Delicious layered parfaits featuring creamy chocolate mousse, graham cracker crumbs, and toasted marshmallows — all the flavors of s’mores in an elegant dessert glass.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • Optional: chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined, creating the mousse.
  4. Layer graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of serving glasses or jars.
  5. Add a layer of chocolate mousse on top of the crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the mousse layer.
  7. Repeat layers if desired, finishing with marshmallows on top.
  8. Toast marshmallows lightly with a kitchen torch or under a broiler for a minute until golden (optional).
  9. Chill parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  10. Drizzle with chocolate syrup just before serving, if desired.
