Ingredients:

First Layer:

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Second Layer:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups marshmallow crème
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts

Third Layer:

  • 14 oz caramel cubes
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Fourth Layer:

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  • Melt the ingredients for the first layer (milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter) together until smooth. Spread in a greased 9×13 pan and chill to set.
  • For the second layer, melt the butter in a saucepan, then add sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  • Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow crème, peanut butter, vanilla, and chopped peanuts until smooth. Pour over the first layer and chill until set.
  • For the third layer, melt caramel cubes with heavy cream until smooth. Pour over the second layer and chill.
  • Repeat the first layer for the top, spreading it over the chilled caramel layer. Chill until firm.
  • Slice and enjoy your homemade Snickers Fudge!

Notes

For a thicker fudge, allow the layers to set fully before adding the next.
