Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1620 mini Snickers bars, unwrapped
  • Optional: Extra sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
  5. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, flatten it in your hand, place a mini Snickers in the center, and wrap the dough around to seal. Roll into a ball.
  6. Roll the dough ball in granulated sugar if desired, then place on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Centers may look slightly underdone—this is perfect!
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Chill the dough for 15–20 minutes if it’s too soft to work with.
  • You can use fun-size Snickers cut in half if mini ones aren’t available.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Try using different candy bars like Milky Way or Reese’s for a fun twist.
