- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 16–20 mini Snickers bars, unwrapped
- Optional: Extra sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, flatten it in your hand, place a mini Snickers in the center, and wrap the dough around to seal. Roll into a ball.
- Roll the dough ball in granulated sugar if desired, then place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Centers may look slightly underdone—this is perfect!
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Chill the dough for 15–20 minutes if it’s too soft to work with.
- You can use fun-size Snickers cut in half if mini ones aren’t available.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
