Description

Snowy Pineapple Punch is a refreshing, tropical drink that’s perfect for holiday gatherings, parties, or any festive occasion. With a sweet blend of pineapple juice, coconut milk, and a creamy texture, this punch will remind you of a winter wonderland! Topped with a frosty finish, it’s a drink that’s sure to be loved by both kids and adults.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (15 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut cream (for extra richness)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water (optional, for fizz)
  • Garnish: Fresh pineapple chunks, shredded coconut, or maraschino cherries

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pineapple Mixture: In a blender, combine the drained crushed pineapple, coconut milk, pineapple juice, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Chill and Thicken: Add the ice cubes into the blender and blend again until the ice is crushed and the drink has a slushy, snowy texture. You can add more ice or a little more pineapple juice to adjust the consistency to your liking.
  • Optional Fizz: If you prefer a fizzy version of the punch, gently stir in the sparkling water after blending. This step is optional but adds a refreshing pop.
  • Serve: Pour the punch into chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh pineapple chunks, shredded coconut, or maraschino cherries for an extra festive touch.
  • Enjoy: Serve immediately, and enjoy your frosty, tropical punch!

Notes

  • This punch can be made ahead of time! Store the blended mixture in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours before serving, and add ice or sparkling water just before serving.
  • To make it a holiday cocktail, add a splash of rum or coconut rum to the punch for an alcoholic version.
  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar based on your preference.
  • For a smoother consistency, strain the pineapple juice before adding it to the blender.
