Ingredients

1 can diced tomatoes
4 cups fish or seafood stock
1 cup white wine (optional)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Clean and prepare the seafood. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes.
