Garlic bread reimagined with a delicious spaghetti infusion, this dish combines the comfort of pasta and the crunch of garlic bread for a satisfying treat.

- 1 large loaf of Italian bread
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the top off the Italian bread and hollow out the inside, leaving a shell.
- In a bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the spaghetti mixture into the bread shell. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Brush the outside of the bread with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
- Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes or fresh herbs to the spaghetti mixture.
