Description

Garlic bread reimagined with a delicious spaghetti infusion, this dish combines the comfort of pasta and the crunch of garlic bread for a satisfying treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large loaf of Italian bread
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the top off the Italian bread and hollow out the inside, leaving a shell.
  • In a bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff the spaghetti mixture into the bread shell. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Brush the outside of the bread with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  • Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  • Let it cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes or fresh herbs to the spaghetti mixture.
