Ingredients

Instructions

Scramble the eggs: In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Heat butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the eggs and cook, stirring gently, until just set. Remove from heat.

Assemble the wrap: Lay the tortilla on a flat surface. Spread the scrambled eggs in the center, followed by cheese, avocado, and chili crisp. Add any extras you like (spinach, bacon, etc.).

Fold it up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom into a tight wrap.
