Description

Creamy Alfredo pasta shells tossed with spicy buffalo chicken, perfect for a comforting and flavorful meal with a kick.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz medium pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add buffalo wing sauce and red pepper flakes, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in shredded chicken and cooked pasta shells, tossing gently to coat everything in the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and cook until melted, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
