- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add buffalo wing sauce and red pepper flakes, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in shredded chicken and cooked pasta shells, tossing gently to coat everything in the sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and cook until melted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
