- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and cook for another minute to combine flavors.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the honey butter sauce.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well mixed and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve immediately.
