Description

Deliciously spicy and cheesy, these wraps are packed with tender chicken, creamy avocado, and a hint of garlic, making them perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Rub mixture onto chicken breasts.
  • Cook chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let rest before slicing into strips.
  • Assemble wraps: Lay out flour tortillas. Spread sour cream on each tortilla. Place sliced avocado in the center, followed by chicken and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Wrap: Fold sides of tortilla over filling, then roll from bottom to top tightly.
  • Slice and serve: Slice in half and serve warm.
