Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine yeast and warm water. Stir to dissolve. Add flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms. Knead until smooth, cover, and let rise for 1-2 hours.
- Prepare Garlic-Infused Oil: Mix olive oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl, mashing the garlic into the oil.
- Season and Cook the Chicken: Toss chopped chicken with chile powder, chipotle powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Sauté over medium-high heat until cooked through. Set aside.
- Assemble and Bake the Pizza: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out dough into two thin 10″ pizzas. Pre-bake for 1-2 minutes if desired. Spread garlic oil on crusts, top with chicken, mozzarella, and pickled jalapenos.
- Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden and cheese melts.
