Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 jalapeños, sliced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken slices and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add jalapeños, red bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey. Toss everything to coat evenly and heat through for another 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
