- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 jalapeños, sliced (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken slices and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add jalapeños, red bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return chicken to the skillet.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey. Toss everything to coat evenly and heat through for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
