- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
For the Strawberry Topping:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- ¼ cup strawberry jam (melted)

Make the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let it cool completely.

Prepare the Cream Filling:
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.

- Spread the cream filling over the cooled crust.
- Arrange the halved fresh strawberries on top of the cream filling.
- Brush the melted strawberry jam over the strawberries for a shiny, glossy finish.

- Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving to allow it to set.
Notes
- For a slightly tangy kick, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice can be added to the strawberry topping.
