Description

This easy and delicious Strawberries & Cream Pie features a buttery graham cracker crust, a smooth and creamy filling, and fresh strawberries topped with a glossy strawberry jam glaze. Perfect for any occasion!

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter

For the Cream Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

For the Strawberry Topping:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam (melted)

Optional: Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the strawberry topping for an extra burst of flavor!


Instructions

  1. Make the Crust:

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
    • Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
    • Let it cool completely.
  2. Prepare the Cream Filling:

    • Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    • Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Assemble the Pie:

    • Spread the cream filling over the cooled crust.
    • Arrange the halved fresh strawberries on top of the cream filling.
    • Brush the melted strawberry jam over the strawberries for a shiny, glossy finish.
  4. Chill & Serve:

    • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving to allow it to set.

Notes

  • For a slightly tangy kick, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice can be added to the strawberry topping.
  • The pie can be served immediately after chilling, but for best results, allow it to sit overnight.
