Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (washed and hulled)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened and unflavored)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, removing the green tops.
- In a blender or food processor, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and water.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add a splash more water if the consistency is too thick.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, filling each to the top.
- Tap the molds gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully frozen.
- Pop the treats out of the molds and serve to your dog.
Notes
- You can omit the honey for a sugar-free version if your dog has dietary restrictions.
- Silicone molds work best for easy removal of the treats. Ice cube trays are also a great alternative.
- These treats can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
