Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan (9×9 inches recommended).
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
  • Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Stir in cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add Strawberries: Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  • Pour and Bake: Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan on a wire rack.
  • Prepare Pink Glaze: In a separate bowl, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and strawberry puree until smooth and creamy.
  • Drizzle and Serve: Once the brownies are cooled, drizzle the pink glaze over the top.
