- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 8 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup Pyure Organic Stevia Blend Sweetener (adjust based on sweetness of strawberries)
Instructions
- Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them into chunks.
- In a blender, add the strawberries and vanilla extract; blend on high for about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the softened cream cheese and butter to the blender.
- If desired, add the optional sweetener.
- Mix on high for about 3-4 minutes until fully combined.
- Scoop the strawberry cheesecake mixture into a mini muffin tin and freeze for at least one hour.
- Once frozen, remove the treats from the muffin tin and transfer them to an airtight container for storage.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness according to your taste preference, especially if the strawberries are tart.
