Description

A creamy, fruity dessert featuring layers of fresh strawberries, rich cheesecake filling, and a buttery graham cracker crust. Quick and easy to assemble, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry sauce or jam

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing into the bottom of a serving dish.
  • For the cheesecake layer, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
  • Assemble by layering the crust, cheesecake, sliced strawberries, and strawberry sauce in a trifle dish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
