- 3 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 3 tbsp melted butter

Instructions
- Make the Strawberry Crunch Crumble:
- In a bowl, combine crushed Golden Oreos, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter. Mix until the crumble sticks together. Set aside.
- Fry the Taco Shells:
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully fry each tortilla until golden brown and crispy, shaping them into a taco shell as they fry.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- While still warm, coat each taco shell in the strawberry crunch crumble by pressing the crumble onto the shells.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
