- 3 ounces strawberry Jell-O Mix (1 box)
- 1 cup hot water
- ½ cup cold water
- 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding (1 box)
- 8 ounces whipped topping (like Cool Whip) (1 tub)
- 24 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled, halved, and sliced
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows (1 bag)
Instructions
- Dissolve the Jell-O: In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O mix in 1 cup of hot water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add Cold Water: Mix in ½ cup of cold water and stir well. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened but not fully set.
- Mix in Pudding: Whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix into the Jell-O mixture until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Add Fruits and Marshmallows: Stir in the sliced strawberries, drained crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.
- Refrigerate and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set. Serve chilled.
Notes
- Ensure the Jell-O mixture is only slightly thickened before adding the pudding mix to achieve the best texture.
