Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ยฝ cup crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
  2. Add cold water to the Jello mixture and stir.
  3. Refrigerate for about 30โ€“40 minutes until the mixture is thickened but not fully set.
  4. Gently fold in the miniature marshmallows, whipped topping, sliced strawberries, and crushed pineapple.
  5. Return the mixture to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours until fully set and fluffy.
