- 1 cup fresh strawberries (diced)
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional, for added flavor)

- 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
- Optional: whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- Make the crust: In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish. Use a spoon to compact the crust firmly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Make the filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Stir in the diced strawberries and strawberry jam (if using).
- Assemble the cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled Oreo crust, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to firm up.
- Topping: Just before serving, top the cheesecake with fresh strawberry slices. Optionally, add a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
