They’re super easy, freezer-friendly, and always a hit!
Ingredients
-
1 (14.3 oz) package Golden Oreos (36 cookies), crushed
-
4 oz cream cheese, softened
-
1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (plus extra for topping)
-
12 oz white chocolate chips or melting wafers
-
Optional: pink or red sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
-
Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreos in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Reserve 2–3 tablespoons for topping, if desired.
-
Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine Oreo crumbs, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and softened cream cheese. Mix until fully combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
-
Form balls: Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
-
Melt the chocolate: While the balls chill, melt white chocolate chips or wafers in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
-
Coat the balls: Dip each chilled ball into the melted white chocolate using a fork or dipping tool. Tap off excess and place back on the parchment paper.
-
Decorate: Immediately sprinkle with reserved crushed Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, or sprinkles before the coating hardens.
-
Chill & serve: Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until set. Enjoy chilled or at room temp!
Notes
-
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
-
For a pinker color, you can stir a bit of strawberry powder or food coloring into the white chocolate.
-
