- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar cookie mix
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp green jimmies sprinkles (plus extra for topping)
- 2 tbsp red jimmies sprinkles (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a bit of overhang for easy removal. Set aside.
- Melt Chocolate Chips and Sweetened Condensed Milk: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add Sugar Cookie Mix and Butter: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the sugar cookie mix and melted butter. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Add Sprinkles: Gently fold in the green and red jimmies sprinkles, being careful not to overmix so the colors don’t bleed.
- Pour and Top: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle extra green and red jimmies on top for a festive finish.
- Chill and Set: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into small squares.
