Instructions
Make the Icing:

- Check the consistency: Drizzle a bit of icing off the whisk or a spoon over the bowl. If it holds its shape for a few seconds before melting back in, it’s ready. If it’s too thick, whisk in an additional 1/2 teaspoon of milk at a time until you reach the right texture.
2. Color the Icing:
