Description

This Sweet Baby Ray’s Crockpot Chicken is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, thanks to the tangy and sweet BBQ sauce. Simply toss everything in your crockpot, and let it do the work for a delicious, easy meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 ½ cups Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce (or any BBQ sauce of your choice)
  • ¼ cup honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional, for a tangy kick)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.

  2. Mix the Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Cook the Chicken:
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, making sure it’s evenly covered. Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

  4. Shred the Chicken:
Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the crockpot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the sauce in the crockpot and stir to coat.

  5. Serve and Enjoy:
Serve the Sweet Baby Ray’s Crockpot Chicken on buns for sandwiches, over rice, or alongside your favorite sides.
