- Top with Marshmallows: Remove the sweet potato rounds from the oven and top each one with a few mini marshmallows. Return them to the oven for about 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and slightly melted.
- Add the Pecans: Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and top each one with a spoonful of the maple syrup and pecan mixture.
