- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons festive sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dish: Line an 8×8″ or 9×9″ baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix Peanut Butter and Butter: In a large bowl, blend the peanut butter and softened butter with an electric hand mixer (or stand mixer) until smooth.
- Add Vanilla and Salt: Mix in the vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
- Incorporate Powdered Sugar: Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed. Start with 4 cups, adding more if the mixture is too wet. Mix until the dough resembles large crumbles.
- Press the Dough: Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and press it down into an even layer. Use parchment or wax paper to smooth the top.
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each one, until smooth.
