  • 45 cups powdered sugar (start with 4 cups, add more if needed)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons festive sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dish: Line an 8×8″ or 9×9″ baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix Peanut Butter and Butter: In a large bowl, blend the peanut butter and softened butter with an electric hand mixer (or stand mixer) until smooth.
  • Add Vanilla and Salt: Mix in the vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
  • Incorporate Powdered Sugar: Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed. Start with 4 cups, adding more if the mixture is too wet. Mix until the dough resembles large crumbles.
  • Press the Dough: Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and press it down into an even layer. Use parchment or wax paper to smooth the top.
