- 2 tbsp sour cream (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and a splash of water; simmer for 3-4 minutes until well combined.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
- Top chips with cooked seasoned beef, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickled jalapeños.
- Drizzle nacho cheese sauce over the top.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and garnish with diced tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions if desired.
