Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 (1.25 oz) packet taco seasoning

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

1 (8 oz) can beef broth

1 (14 oz) can Rotel tomatoes (diced tomatoes with green chilies)

6 slices cheddar cheese

1 (8 oz) bag tortilla chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brown beef: Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

Simmer sauce: Stir in taco seasoning, mushroom soup, beef broth, and Rotel. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
