Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, garlic, 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
- Form mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, brushing with extra teriyaki sauce during the last few minutes.
