- 1 teaspoon ginger powder

- 2 sheets of aluminum foil (large enough to fold over the chicken and vegetables)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place two large sheets of aluminum foil on a flat surface.
- In a small bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey (if using), garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Place each chicken breast in the center of the foil. Pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Add the pineapple chunks around the chicken.
- Fold the sides of the foil up over the chicken and pineapple, then fold the top and bottom to create a sealed packet.
- Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven. Grill for 25-30 minutes or bake for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Carefully open the packets, and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
