- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow fluff (also known as marshmallow cream)
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Green food coloring (as desired)
- Witch or spooky sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff.
- Butter a 9×13-inch dish to prepare for the fudge.
- Make the Sugar Mixture:
- In a large saucepan (at least 4 quarts), combine the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once it begins to boil, continue boiling for 5 minutes or until the temperature reaches 235°F (113°C).
- Combine Ingredients:
- Pour the hot sugar mixture over the white chocolate and marshmallow fluff in the bowl.
- Stir quickly until the chocolate and fluff are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and green food coloring. Stir until the color is evenly distributed.
- Pour and Decorate:
- Pour the fudge mixture into the buttered 9×13-inch pan.
- Immediately top with witch-themed sprinkles or other spooky candies.
- Let the fudge cool completely before slicing it into 1-inch squares.
Notes
- Make sure to use a large enough saucepan to prevent the sugar mixture from boiling over.
- Green food coloring can be adjusted according to how vibrant you want the color to be.
- The fudge sets better when cooled at room temperature rather than in the refrigerator.
