Description

This Wicked Witch Fudge is a spooky and festive twist on classic vanilla fudge. Infused with marshmallow fluff and decorated with witch-themed sprinkles, it’s a delightful treat for Halloween parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups white granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow fluff (also known as marshmallow cream)
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring (as desired)
  • Witch or spooky sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff.
    • Butter a 9×13-inch dish to prepare for the fudge.
  • Make the Sugar Mixture:
    • In a large saucepan (at least 4 quarts), combine the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk.
    • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    • Once it begins to boil, continue boiling for 5 minutes or until the temperature reaches 235°F (113°C).
  • Combine Ingredients:
    • Pour the hot sugar mixture over the white chocolate and marshmallow fluff in the bowl.
    • Stir quickly until the chocolate and fluff are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
    • Add the vanilla extract and green food coloring. Stir until the color is evenly distributed.
  • Pour and Decorate:
    • Pour the fudge mixture into the buttered 9×13-inch pan.
    • Immediately top with witch-themed sprinkles or other spooky candies.
    • Let the fudge cool completely before slicing it into 1-inch squares.

Notes

  • Make sure to use a large enough saucepan to prevent the sugar mixture from boiling over.
  • Green food coloring can be adjusted according to how vibrant you want the color to be.
  • The fudge sets better when cooled at room temperature rather than in the refrigerator.
