Description

  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ¾ cup Toffee Coffee Drink Mix, divided

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  • Prepare Cereal: Place the cereal in a large bowl.
  • Mix Butter and Toffee Coffee Drink Mix: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with ½ cup of the Toffee Coffee Drink Mix. Stir until well combined.
  • Coat Cereal: Pour the butter mixture over the cereal. Toss well to ensure the cereal is evenly coated.
  • Bake: Transfer the coated cereal to a parchment-lined large rimmed baking sheet. Spread out the cereal in an even layer. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting.
  • Add Remaining Toffee Coffee Drink Mix: Remove from the oven and carefully transfer the hot mixture to a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with the remaining ¼ cup Toffee Coffee Drink Mix and toss to coat evenly.
