- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to create an even layer.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, then set aside to cool.
- Make the Chocolate Layers:
- Dark Chocolate Layer:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips, ½ cup heavy cream, and 1 tablespoon butter.
- Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the dark chocolate mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate to set.
- Milk Chocolate Layer:

- Pour over the set milk chocolate layer and refrigerate to firm up.
- Dark Chocolate Layer:
- Make the Ganache:
- In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, heat the heavy cream until just simmering.
- Pour the hot cream over the semi-sweet chocolate chips and let it sit for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Pour the ganache over the top chocolate layer and spread it evenly.
- Chill and Garnish:
- Refrigerate the bars for at least 2-3 hours to allow all layers to set completely.
- Once set, remove the bars from the pan and slice into squares.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or curls and fresh berries for a beautiful presentation.
