Instructions
- Allow sherbet pints to soften slightly at room temperature for 5โ10 minutes to make scooping easier.
- In a large glass bowl or trifle dish, alternate scoops of each sherbet to create a colorful layered or swirled effect.
- Use a spoon or spatula to gently swirl the sherbet together for a marbled look (optional).
- Return the dish to the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
- Scoop into individual bowls or cups and garnish with fresh mint or fruit if desired.
Notes
- Choose any tropical sherbet flavors you like โ coconut, passionfruit, or guava work great too.
- For a party-friendly presentation, serve in hollowed-out pineapple halves.
