Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 190°C (fan-assisted) or 210°C (non-fan). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it with spray oil. - Prepare the Turkey Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey mince, thyme leaves, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Use your hands to mix everything thoroughly until the seasonings are well distributed throughout the turkey. - Prepare the Pastry:
