- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Noodles: Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and lay them flat on parchment paper.
- Prepare Turkey Mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles. Drain any excess fat.
- Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked turkey.
- Assemble Roll-Ups: Spread a thin layer of the turkey and cheese mixture on each lasagna noodle. Roll each noodle up and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Add Sauce and Cheese: Pour marinara sauce over the roll-ups, coating them well. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
- Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve: Let the roll-ups cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.

- You can add chopped vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the turkey mixture for added nutrition.
- Substitute ground turkey with ground chicken or beef if preferred.
