Description

Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups are a savory and satisfying dish that combines juicy turkey breast with flavorful stuffing, all rolled up and baked to golden perfection. It’s a delicious, easy-to-make meal that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or holiday leftovers!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless turkey breast cutlets
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the stuffing: In a bowl, combine the stuffing mix, chicken broth, and melted butter. Stir until the stuffing is moistened and well combined. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  3. Season the turkey: Season the turkey cutlets with garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  4. Assemble the roll-ups: Place a spoonful of the prepared stuffing in the center of each turkey cutlet. If you’re using cheese, sprinkle some shredded mozzarella on top of the stuffing. Carefully roll up each turkey cutlet around the stuffing.
  5. Place in baking dish: Arrange the turkey roll-ups seam side down in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the turkey is fully cooked and the stuffing is heated through. If desired, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to brown the tops.
  7. Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve with your favorite sides!

Notes

  • Feel free to use leftover stuffing from Thanksgiving or your favorite homemade stuffing recipe!
  • For extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of gravy on top before serving.
  • If you don’t have turkey cutlets, you can use chicken breast cutlets instead.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
