Description

Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups are a savory and satisfying dish that combines juicy turkey breast with flavorful stuffing, all rolled up and baked to golden perfection. Itโ€™s a delicious, easy-to-make meal thatโ€™s perfect for weeknight dinners or holiday leftovers!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless turkey breast cutlets
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the stuffing: In a bowl, combine the stuffing mix, chicken broth, and melted butter. Stir until the stuffing is moistened and well combined. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a baking dish.
  3. Season the turkey: Season the turkey cutlets with garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  4. Assemble the roll-ups: Place a spoonful of the prepared stuffing in the center of each turkey cutlet. If youโ€™re using cheese, sprinkle some shredded mozzarella on top of the stuffing. Carefully roll up each turkey cutlet around the stuffing.
  5. Place in baking dish: Arrange the turkey roll-ups seam side down in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the turkey is fully cooked and the stuffing is heated through. If desired, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to brown the tops.
  7. Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve with your favorite sides!

Notes

  • Feel free to use leftover stuffing from Thanksgiving or your favorite homemade stuffing recipe!
  • For extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of gravy on top before serving.
  • If you donโ€™t have turkey cutlets, you can use chicken breast cutlets instead.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
