- 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into thin strips. - Prepare the Veggies:
While the chicken cooks, prepare the veggies by dicing the cucumber, thinly slicing the red bell pepper and red onion, and halving the cherry tomatoes. - Assemble the Pizzas:
Place the naan bread on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce on each naan, leaving a small border around the edges. - Add Toppings:
Evenly distribute the sliced chicken, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and cherry tomatoes on top of the tzatziki sauce. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the toppings. - Bake the Naan Pizzas:
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the naan is crispy around the edges. - Garnish and Serve:
Once out of the oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley and an extra drizzle of tzatziki sauce, if desired. Slice and serve immediately.
