- 1 cup whole milk
- 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk milk and flour in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until thickened like pudding. Let cool.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the cooled milk mixture to the butter and beat until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and whip for 7-8 minutes until light and fluffy.
Notes
