- 200g cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 4 slices of rustic bread or baguette
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).
- In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the shrimp mixture evenly over the bread slices.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Place the toasts on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Meanwhile, mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
- Spread garlic butter on slices of bread and toast separately until golden and fragrant.
- Serve shrimp and cheese toast hot with garlic bread on the side.
