Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate baking bars, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pink candy melts
  • 1 cup Valentine’s Day candy (such as M&M’s, candy hearts, or chocolate pieces)
  • 1/4 cup Valentine’s Day sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base Layer:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer with a spatula.
  2. Add the White Chocolate Layer:
Melt the white chocolate baking bars in the same manner, stirring until smooth.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer, using a spoon to create swirls or patterns.
  3. Add the Pink Candy Melts:
Melt the pink candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
Drizzle the pink candy over the white and dark chocolate layers to add a pop of color.
  4. Decorate the Bark:
Sprinkle the Valentine’s Day candy and Valentine’s Day sprinkles evenly over the chocolate while it’s still warm. Press gently to ensure the toppings adhere.
  5. Set and Break:
Allow the chocolate bark to cool completely at room temperature or place it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to set.
Once set, break the bark into pieces of your desired size.

Notes

  • If you want extra crunch, add crushed pretzels or nuts to the bark before it sets.
  • Store any leftover chocolate bark in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
