Description

Sweet and rich, this Valentine’s Day Fudge is a perfect treat for your loved ones! With a smooth, creamy texture and a touch of pink, it’s a festive and delightful way to celebrate the season of love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup pink chocolate melts or white chocolate chips (for Valentine’s color)
  • Sprinkles or heart-shaped candies (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fudge Base:
    • Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
    • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until smooth.
    • Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and continue to stir until fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  2. Add the Color:
    • Gently fold in the pink chocolate melts (or white chocolate chips), stirring until they melt into the fudge mixture, creating a lovely pink color.
  3. Set the Fudge:
    • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
    • Allow the fudge to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  4. Garnish & Serve:
    • Once the fudge is firm, cut it into small squares and garnish with sprinkles or heart-shaped candies if desired.
    • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can switch up the color by using red or white chocolate melts.
  • If you prefer a darker or richer flavor, you can use bittersweet chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
