For the Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Brownie Layer:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
For the S’mores Topping:
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly.
- Make the Brownie Batter:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Assemble the Pie:
- Pour the brownie batter into the cooled graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).
- Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Add the S’mores Topping:
- Once the pie has cooled for 10 minutes, sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the top.
- Place the pie back in the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven and let the pie cool completely.
- Optional Garnishes:
- If desired, drizzle melted chocolate chips over the top of the pie and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers for added texture and decoration.
- Serve and Enjoy:

Notes
